I received excellent support when transferring my investment from a previous provider. Starla has secure knowledge of her subject and was able to guide me through the process, in a patient and friendly way. Follow up contact has also been extremely supportive and much needed as there was a hiccup with the transfer caused by the previous provider. I have since transferred further funds. I do not have what might be considered to be large sums of money to be invested, but I received first class service on every occasion.
The help I received from Starla, gave me the confidence to invest in the Fluid ISA.
I was fed up with low interest rates being paid on my capital and did some research on the net and I found Fluid – I then read the Trustpilot reviews and gave Fluid a call. Heidi answered my call and was very helpful, very clear. She was not at all pushy and emailed me a summary of our conversation so that I could have time to think about my investment before I made the commitment. I was at work the next day so Heidi said she would call me the day after. She did and once again – she was very helpful and talked me through the registration process and waited whilst I read though the dreaded Ts&Cs! My bank were cautious about the transfer and held up the payment until I re-confirmed the transfer about an hour later. I look forward to receiving my interest and my welcome bonus 🙂 Happy Days

When setting up original, I was lost, am a technophobe!! Was taken through the process & it was a long time, the representative was brilliant. I thought I’d made a mistake & rang back. Was talked to & advised, once again with patience. Hadn’t heard anything, and am old school, ie, paper rquired!! Rang up again, thought they must be getting fed up with me!! Not a bit, customer service at its best. Many thanks from an old fogey!!

I have been very pleased with my returns.
I have only recently invested and so far everything has gone smoothly and am waiting for my first interest payment which is due next month (October).
It is very early days but so far I have received a good service. The information I received at the point of making the investment was clear and all my questions were answered. My queries since have been answered promptly. I have not had the investment long enough to receive an interest payment so I cannot comment on that. I have, however, been paid a fee for introducing another investor and this was paid promptly.
So far all has been well presented and interest forwarded at the nominated times, so very pleased with FLUID BOND.

I have found Fluid Bond a good reliable bond to invest in. I have received my interest on time and have been given the choice where it is paid. Any questions you might have are answered very quickly and someone is always available to speak to you.
I am only a very new investor, an OAP with limited funds so rather cautious. Your representative was very helpful, patient n very understanding. She took time to explain things to me very clearly and put me at ease, making me and my small investment feel valued.
The Fluid Agent who rang me back was called Starla. She explained how the Company worked and answered questions truthfully and thoroughly. She was not intimidating. Very pleased.

I spoke to a gentleman called Chris Corbett who assisted me in setting up my investment. Must say he was one of the most professional persons I have dealt with. Not only was he friendly and well informed but also able to obtain and answer questions he did not immediately have an answer to.
It is early days yet to confirm or comment on the performance of my investment, however if the service received from Chris Corbett is anything to go by, then I expect great things.
I highly recommend him.

My experience of buying a fluid ISA bond has been a good one, owing to the patience, professionalism and time that my account manager Ashleigh Dickinson has spent explaining every part of the process with clarity and honesty. I have been impressed that she has responded immediately when I have sent an email communication by ringing me and discussed any queries or concerns I‘ve had. I couldn’t ask for more.
As I have only just opened my investment isa with Fluid, I am only able to comment on the support I have received so far and not on the product itself; however my account manager has so far proved herself to be very helpful and supportive.
If you are happy with the risk factor I would give it 5 (out of five), it’s early days but so far it’s also 5 for the human contact. Website is pretty good too.

Hello to all the team and a big thank you for keeping me informed on my isa and on the interest that i have gained. Good communications and that’s all i could ask for.
The account manager Ruby was very helpful and knowledgeable when I first invested. Now I have had my first 1/4 interest I have had a follow up from my new account manager Ashleigh who was checking to make sure I knew what I want to do with it.
This is a very good investment and I had an excellent account manager to help me through the process.
Have been with Fluid only a few months after shopping around, trying to find better value with other companies [and failed]. Up to now the service and back-up have been top draw. In fact, as from 30 Jan 2019, my wife will also be investing in the same bond. We both feel that our investment is now in safe hands. Onward and upward.
I would recommend anyone to invest with Fluid. From the initial phone call I received from Pete Burt to now it has been a first class service. So much to say that it was Pete’s professionalism that made me decide to invest. He is a credit to Fluid.
