Your Capital is at Risk, investment is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and interest payments are not guaranteed. In the event of a loan default or if Fluid becomes insolvent, you may lose some or all of your investment, including interest payments due. If you are in any doubt about making an investment you are strongly recommended to consult a trained professional advisor. Before you subscribe to the bond you should ensure that you fully understand the risks and determine whether the bond is suitable for you on the basis of all the information available, including the Information Memorandum.

Fluid Bonds should be seen as a long-term investment

Investors should be aware that the bonds you will invest in are non-readily realisable investments. Investment through the Fluid ISA should be viewed as a long term investment. Whilst Bondholders may request that the Company makes their Bonds available for sale, there is no guarantee that the Bonds will be purchased by other prospective Bondholders nor is there any guarantee regarding the time it will take to complete the transfers or whether purchasers will be found. Factors affecting the ability to transfer may include, but are not limited to, market appetite, inflation, the time of redemption, interest rates and the current financial position and an assessment of the future prospects of the Company.
